OUR METHODOLOGY

The GO Framework™

A proven 5-phase approach to planning and delivering flawless corporate events — developed over 1,000+ events in Singapore since 2012.

TL;DR

The GO Framework is our structured methodology for corporate event planning. Five phases — Goal Alignment, Original Concept, Full Production, Rehearse & Refine, Execute & Exceed — ensure every event is purpose-driven, creatively original, and operationally flawless. It's how we've maintained a 4.9-star rating across 1,000+ events.

Why a framework matters for corporate events

Most event companies start with "what do you want?" and jump straight to logistics. That's how you end up with technically competent events that feel generic. The GO Framework starts with why — your event's strategic purpose — and works outward from there.

The result: events that are on-strategy, on-budget, and genuinely memorable. Not because we got lucky, but because we followed a system that's been refined over 13 years and 1,000+ events.

The 5 Phases

01

Goal Alignment

Before we plan your event, we understand your business.

Every GO event starts with a structured discovery session. We define success metrics, audience profile, key messages, and constraints before any creative work begins. This phase answers: What does success look like the morning after your event?

  • Business objectives and event KPIs
  • Audience demographics and expectations
  • Budget parameters and non-negotiables
  • Timeline, logistics constraints, and stakeholder requirements
02

Original Concept

Every event should feel like it was designed only for you.

Our creative team develops 2–3 original concepts based on your goals — not recycled templates. Each concept includes a theme description, mood board, experience flow, and entertainment approach. You choose the direction; we refine it into a complete vision.

  • 2–3 tailored concept proposals with mood boards
  • Theme development tied to company values and occasion
  • Experience flow design (guest journey from arrival to departure)
  • Entertainment and programme concept
03

Full Production Planning

Details aren't details — they're the event.

With the concept approved, we lock every element: venue, vendors, timeline, floor plan, AV specs, F&B, entertainment, transportation, and contingency plans. You receive a detailed production document and transparent line-item budget.

  • Venue sourcing and vendor negotiation
  • Detailed run-of-show and floor plan
  • AV, lighting, and staging specifications
  • Catering coordination and dietary management
  • Contingency and wet-weather plans
04

Rehearse & Refine

We rehearse so you don't have to worry.

Before your event, we run a full technical rehearsal covering AV, lighting, transitions, emcee flow, and vendor handoffs. Every crew member walks the run-of-show. We catch problems before they happen.

  • Full technical rehearsal at venue
  • Run-of-show walkthrough with all vendors
  • Final adjustments to timing, positioning, and cues
  • Client walkthrough and approval
05

Execute & Exceed

On the day, you enjoy the event. We run it.

Our our production team manages every element on-site — stage, AV, F&B, guest flow, entertainment, and real-time problem solving. Post-event, you receive a debrief report with photos, metrics, and recommendations for next time.

  • On-site management with dedicated event director
  • Real-time coordination across all vendor teams
  • Guest experience monitoring and flow management
  • Post-event debrief report with insights and photos
