We start with a 30–45 minute call or meeting to understand your event's purpose, audience, and constraints. Step 2 — Custom Proposal (Within 1 Business Day)

Within one business day of your brief, you receive a tailored proposal: event concept, programme rundown, venue shortlist, entertainment options, production plan, and a transparent line-item budget. No lump sums. No vague "event management fee." You see where every dollar goes. If the first concept isn't right, we revise until it is — at no additional charge.

Step 3 — Concept Alignment & Confirmation

Once you approve a direction, we lock in the venue, vendors, and entertainment. Our team handles all contracts, deposits, and logistics coordination. You have one point of contact — your dedicated Event Manager — who owns the entire project from this point forward.

Step 4 — Full Production Planning (Weeks 1–6)

Detailed production plan developed: floor layouts, AV schematics, run-of-show timeline, catering menus, entertainment briefings, branding assets, registration setup, and guest communications. Site recce at the venue with all key team leads. Vendor timelines confirmed. Contingency plans built for common risks (power, weather, no-shows).

Step 5 — Pre-Event Production (Final 2 Weeks)

Final vendor confirmations, rehearsal scheduling (for awards ceremonies and conferences), stage/AV testing, guest list finalisation, run sheet issued to all parties. A final production meeting walks through the event minute-by-minute so there are zero surprises on the day.

Step 6 — Event Day Execution
