Awards Night Production — What We Handle
Stage Design and Set Build
We design and build custom stage sets — backdrop panels, LED screens, podium positioning, lighting rigs, and branded elements. We own our staging equipment — no rental markups, no availability issues during peak season.
AV Production
Awards ceremonies are technically demanding: nominee montages, confidence monitors for presenters, live camera switching, spotlight cues for recipients, and a sound system that fills the room without feedback. Our team manages all of this from a dedicated control station set up 4–6 hours before guests arrive.
Equipment we bring: LED walls (indoor P2.6/P3.9), projectors, line array speakers, wireless microphones, stage monitors, intelligent lighting (moving heads, profiles, wash), haze machines, and a video switcher for multi-camera setups.
Emcee and Talent
We maintain a roster of experienced corporate emcees — bilingual, industry-appropriate, and briefed on your company culture. We also book live entertainment: bands, solo performers, dance acts, and roving entertainers for cocktail hours.
Award Presentation Choreography
Most companies hand out 25 awards back-to-back with the same walk-on music. It puts the room to sleep.
