About Felix & Stacy

Built From the Ground Up

We started Get Out! Events in 2012 with a simple belief: corporate events should be better than they are. Not just logistically sound — but genuinely memorable. The kind of event people talk about on Monday morning.

Over 13 years, we've produced everything from 50-person team building sessions to 10,000-participant national events. We've worked with Google, DBS, Singapore Airlines, NTUC, Daikin, and hundreds of Singapore companies in between. Every event taught us something. This is where we share it.

Our Philosophy

What We've Learned

These aren't mantras we came up with for a pitch deck. They're conclusions we reached after years of doing this — the patterns that separate great events from expensive ones.

Clarity before creativity.

Every great event starts with a clear brief. Before we touch themes, venues, or catering, we sit down with the client to understand the real objective. Is this about team cohesion? Client recognition? Brand visibility? The answer shapes everything. Creativity without clarity is just noise.

Execution is the product.

Anyone can create a beautiful proposal. The difference between a good event and a great one is what happens on the day — the timing, the contingencies, the human judgment calls at 7pm when something isn't quite right. We invest more in execution infrastructure than in pitch decks.

Relationships outlast contracts.

Our longest client relationships started with someone who took a chance on a young agency in 2012. We've grown because clients trust us — not because we had the lowest quote or the flashiest deck. Trust is earned through consistency, transparency, and showing up when it's hard.

Scale doesn't change the standard.

Whether we're running a 50-person team building session or a 10,000-participant mass event, our execution standard is the same. The same production timeline, the same vendor briefing process, the same on-site protocols. Scale changes logistics. It doesn't change accountability.
