Get Out Events built its own registration system — not to sell it, but because we needed something that actually worked at scale. Off-the-shelf tools kept letting us down: per-registration fees that made no sense for large groups, clunky interfaces that slowed down check-in queues, and no flexibility to customise for each client's specific event format.

Our system now powers registration for corporate conferences, company family days, multi-session programmes, and gala dinners across Singapore. It handles 800+ concurrent users, requires no app download, and gives organizers complete visibility from the moment registration opens to the last guest check-in.

Live Registration Form

Once your form is configured, it's live and shareable — send the link via email, embed it on your company intranet, or display the QR code on your event invitation. Submissions come in real time. You can monitor registration progress from your admin dashboard as RSVPs build up in the days and weeks before your event.

Automated Confirmation Emails with QR Codes

Every registrant receives a branded confirmation email immediately after submitting their form. The email includes their event details, a unique QR code for check-in, and any custom information you want to include (dress code, venue directions, session schedule).

The QR code is tied to their registration record. At the event, scanning it marks them as attended and pulls up their details in under a second. No paper lists. No manual cross-referencing.

QR Code Check-In System

On event day, your check-in team uses any smartphone or tablet to scan QR codes from guest emails. The scanner works instantly — a green tick confirms attendance, a red flag flags duplicates or unregistered walk-ins. No special hardware required. Multiple check-in stations can run simultaneously for high-traffic arrivals.

Walk-in registrations are supported too. The check-in interface includes a quick search and manual registration flow so no one gets turned away because they didn't pre-register.

Admin Dashboard with Real-Time Analytics

Your event admin dashboard gives you a live view of everything that matters: total registrations, check-in rate, arrivals by time slot, dietary requirement breakdown, session attendance by group or department. Filter by any field. Export to CSV at any point. Share dashboard access with co-organisers or team members who need visibility without editing rights.

Post-event, the dashboard becomes your attendance record. Full participant data is exportable for reporting, follow-up communications, and compliance requirements.

Why Build Your Own Instead of Using EventBrite or Google Forms?

The honest answer: we tried both, and neither solved the problem completely.

Google Forms is free but basic — no confirmation email with a QR code, no real-time check-in system, no attendance dashboard. Participants submit and you get a spreadsheet. That's not enough for a 400-person corporate conference.

EventBrite solves the registration side but charges per ticket (which adds up fast for corporate events where you're not selling tickets), isn't designed for private corporate events, and has a generic look that doesn't match your brand.

What we needed was a system purpose-built for the type of events we run: private corporate events in Singapore, typically 50–800 participants, where the organiser needs full control, the check-in experience needs to be fast and frictionless, and the data needs to stay with us — not on a third-party platform's servers.
