2. Destination & Concept Proposal — Within 48–72 hours: 2–3 destination concepts with venue shortlists, itinerary outlines, activity recommendations, and all-in cost estimates.
3. Programme Design — Once destination is confirmed, we build the full retreat itinerary: hour-by-hour schedules, activity briefs, F&B plans, and transport logistics. You review and approve before anything is booked.
4. Booking & Vendor Management — We secure the venue, manage ferry or flight bookings, confirm activity facilitators, and coordinate all vendors. One point of contact.
5. Pre-Retreat Briefing — Two weeks out: full programme walkthrough with your team leads. Final headcount changes and session adjustments incorporated here.
6. On-Site Production & Wrap — Our team manages the retreat from arrival to check-out. Post-retreat, we send a wrap report with photos, activity results, and participant feedback.

• Bintan / Batam — 8–10 weeks. Ferry and resort availability during peak season needs early coordination. Group ferry charters require advance notice.
