What Is a Corporate Scavenger Hunt?
A scavenger hunt sends teams across a venue or neighbourhood to find items, complete photo challenges, solve clues, and unlock tasks — all tracked through our mobile app platform. It's one of the most versatile team building formats: works indoors, outdoors, in your office, or across an entire city.

Scavenger Hunt Formats
- Office Scavenger Hunt — Teams explore your workplace, completing challenges that test company knowledge, cross-department collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Great for onboarding new hires or energising an all-hands event.
- City Explorer Hunt — Similar to our Amazing Race but more flexible — teams explore a neighbourhood (Chinatown, Kampong Glam, Tiong Bahru) completing cultural, creative, and photo challenges at their own pace.
- Hotel/Venue Hunt — Designed for conferences, retreats, or D&D pre-events. Teams explore the hotel or venue, discovering hidden tasks and collecting points through our app.
- Virtual Scavenger Hunt — For remote or hybrid teams. Challenges are completed from home — find items, take photos, solve puzzles, create videos. All submitted and scored through our platform.
How It Works: Step by Step
- Download & Team Up — Teams download our hunt app. Each team gets a unique QR code and team identity. No account creation required — just scan and go.
- Receive Challenges — Challenges are released in waves or all at once. Tasks include photo evidence, GPS check-ins, trivia answers, and creative video submissions.
- Hunt & Score — Teams race to complete challenges. Points are awarded for speed, creativity, and accuracy. A live leaderboard keeps competition fierce and transparent.
- Reveal & Celebrate — Our MC reviews the best submissions on screen, announces winners, and awards prizes. The highlight reel of creative submissions always gets huge laughs.
What to Expect: A Session Timeline
Here's how a typical 2.5-hour scavenger hunt runs for a group of 60–150 participants:
- 0–20 min — Briefing & app setup: Teams form (5–8 per team), download the app, scan QR codes, and receive ground rules from the MC. Teams choose a team name and avatar.
- 20–100 min — Active hunt: Teams spread across the venue or city completing challenges. Facilitators are stationed at key zones to assist, verify, and keep energy high. Live leaderboard updates in real time.
- 100–130 min — Submission close & review: Hunt closes. MC reviews funniest and most creative submissions on the main screen while judges tally final points.
- 130–150 min — Leaderboard reveal & prizes: Final standings announced, winners awarded prizes, group photo taken. Optional facilitated debrief on collaboration themes.

Challenge Types We Design
Our hunts use a mix of challenge types to keep teams engaged and reward different strengths:
- Photo challenges — "Recreate this pose with your whole team" or "Find something that represents your company values." Fast, fun, and generates great content.
- Creative video tasks — 30-second lip sync, a team cheer, or a mock product pitch. Always the most memorable submissions.
- Knowledge & trivia — Company history, Singapore culture, or industry-specific knowledge. Good for onboarding or culture reinforcement.
- GPS check-ins — For city or venue hunts. Teams must physically reach a location to unlock bonus challenges.
- Puzzle challenges — Riddles, ciphers, logic puzzles. Reward teams with analytical thinkers.

Scavenger Hunt vs Amazing Race — Which Should You Choose?
Both are outdoor/mobile team activities, but they serve different purposes:
